Construction Technician (Entry Level) In Central Arkansas Or NW Arkansas

Description BGE, Inc., a nationwide engineering consulting firm that provides services in civil engineering, planning, construction phase administration, and environmental services for public and private clients, is looking to hire an entry level Construction Technician to start an exciting career in Construction Management. The location will be an on-site position in Central Arkansas or remote position within NW Arkansas.

Location: Central, Arkansas or Fayetteville, Arkansas Job Responsibilities: Receive, monitor, track, file, and distribute various construction documents, including contractor submitted paperwork such as certified payroll, material certifications, and of bill of ladings.

Communicate with the inspection team daily and track in field progress against published contract documents Job Requirements: Detail oriented person with discipline and thoroughness to follow through on assigned tasks Polished teamwork and communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to meeting deadlines Preferred work experience in construction or architecture setting preferred, without previous experience candidate must be willing to observe and or participate in in-field inspection activities on short duration assignments to more fully understand the nature of the business and future assignments.
