Construction Technician And Warranty Manager

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician Manager to oversee and lead our team of commissioning and startup technicians within our Commercial Construction division. This role will work closely with multiple construction site teams to ensure project success and the delivery of top notch customer service.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal/written) with strong communication skills

• Five or more years of experience specific to the commercial plumbing and HVAC industry with previous supervisory or leadership experience with the ability to manage HVAC/plumbing service teams

• OSHA 30 certification is required, ASHE certification is a plus

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications

• Valid PA driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

ESSENTAIL JOB DUTIES:

• Oversee the work of the Construction Technician group, ensuring the startup and commissioning of HVAC systems are completed timely and properly with all necessary documentation

• Field staff management, to include performance reviews, training, coaching and corrective action.

• Warranty management to include all warranty service orders, scheduling warranty service calls

• Maintain communication with our general contractors, customers and internal teams regarding any warranty issues.
