What You Will Be Doing
Monitor daily activities and compile reports on progress, compliance, and obstacles.
Inspect completed and in progress structures and sites for safety, compliance, and conforming to material and structural needs.
Enforce safety and legal regulations to ensure a safe job site.
Communicate with subcontractors and field staff to ensure adherence to schedules, plans, and specifications.
Assist Superintendent in all field and office related duties
Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list.
Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and solves job site hazards.
Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.
What You Need for this Position
5+ years of Construction experience, preferably Tenant Improvement, Capital Improvement or Interiors work
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
Ability to read and understand blue prints
Ability to organize and schedule subcontractors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
