A well-established GC is seeking Construction Superintendents to join their team in South Carolina. They are seeking progressive candidates with at least 5 years experience. Candidates must have either multi-unit, commercial office or hotel/hospitality experience

  • Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and contractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs

Requirements

  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Progressive mind-set
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Multi-unit, Commercial Office or Hospitality
  • 5-20 years experience
