Our organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Construction Superintendent to join our team. This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of projects in the following sectors:

Educational, Industrial, Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Multifamily construction projects from design to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to some of the most innovative and high-profile construction projects in the industry. Responsibilities: 1.

Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. 2. Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. 3. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring all work is performed according to plans and specifications. 4.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns. 6. Review and approve subcontractor invoices, ensuring all work is properly documented and within budget. 7.

Coordinate with local authorities and utility companies to obtain necessary permits and approvals. 8. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may impact project timelines or budgets. 9. Foster a culture of safety and quality, ensuring all team members are properly trained and all work is performed in compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications: 1.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role, with a focus on commercial projects. 2. Proven track record of managing construction schedules and delivering projects on time and within budget. 3.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and team members. 6.
