Glades Talent is representing a standout Construction/Development firm in Middlesex County looking for a talented Construction Superintendent

This company is engaged by both private and public sector clients to oversee and lead a range of building projects from concept and initial design through all phases of construction until completion. As such, they are responsible for setting and keeping schedules, monitoring project finances, and ensuring that all specialist trades are executing their specific duties when and how they should all while establishing and enforcing protocols to maintain a worksite devoid of safety hazards.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for our growing and expanding solution-based construction management firm with the following superpower traits!

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Construction industry
• Preferably someone with experience in the trades as a foreman or skill worker
• CSL certification required
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certified
• Good planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingencies
• In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations
• Effective leadership abilities
