Construction Superintendent

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Experience managing ground up residential projects from inception to close-out, preferably on the luxury side
• OSHA 30-Hour certification and CPR certification is a plus
• Proficient in overseeing site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing project schedules and budgets.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam and other current construction management software proficiency is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain high standards of work quality.

COMPENSATION

• · Competitive base salary of up to $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
