Construction Superintendent - Commercial

Position Overview: The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including demolition and asbestos removal.

They will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all on-site operations, including subcontractors and vendors.

Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure they are followed. Monitor and control project budgets and expenses. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful completion of projects. Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on commercial projects.

Extensive knowledge of construction processes, including demolition and asbestos removal. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints. Familiarity with construction software and project management tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
