Responsibilities: Communicate with customers and crews, ensuring timely updates and addressing concerns. Provide detailed work orders and oversee job site logistics. Conduct site visits to maintain standards and motivate teams.

Manage job site setup and cleanliness. Coordinate material procurement and disposal. Enforce safety guidelines and compliance with regulations.

Assist with repairs and report issues to management. Qualifications: High school diploma required Bilingual candidate preferred (Spanish/English) Construction experience necessary Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations. Proficiency with technology and apps.
