Job Description: Ryan Companies is looking for a Construction Services Manager in Chicago This individual will be responsible for managing Project Coordinators in the Great Lakes region Do you enjoy working in a fast, fun, inclusive and collaborative workspace?

Directly manage Project Coordinators (including hiring, firing, coaching, goal setting, timecards/PTO, personnel issues, performance plans, annual reviews, and workload assignments) Implement corporate construction processes and tools Oversee Customer Survey process in conjunction with Corporate Marketing Department Enforce corporate records retention policy and manage records archiving vendor and process Establish, communicate, and enforce best practices for Project Coordinators Coordinate construction training efforts Oversee subcontractor registration process and respond to inquiries from new subcontractors Provide IT support for construction team and events in collaboration with IS Department, as needed Maintain CRM with client information and project probability as needed Partner with region Construction Intern Champions to coordinate participation in career fairs You will really stand out if you can: Objectively coach and mentor employees Handle a variety of tasks simultaneously Organize and prioritize work Deal with confidential information Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
