Title: Construction Sr. Superintendent – Multifamily (Miami, FL)

DO YOU WANT

• To manage a ground-up high-rise project to close out?
• To provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects?

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience leading a field team of 2 or more for a multifamily CM/GC firm
• Experience on ground-up construction projects preferred
• Experience on a phased master plan projects a plus
• Ability to work with and manage subcontractors
• A strong technical understanding of construction management, architectural design and engineering

• This is a position offering stability, annual performance reviews, and the opportunity to lead other similar projects or larger projects with growth.

COMPENSATION

• Base salary: $150,000 - $180,000
• Benefits: auto allowance, full benefits, bonus, annual performance reviews
