Scheduler responsibilities include: Manage scheduling and associated reporting for projects Develop, maintain, and execute schedules for multi-million dollar projects Prepare schedules, schedule reports, problem analysis reports, variance reports, and milestone reports Understand scope of projects leading to development and maintenance of project schedules Scheduler requirements include: 8-10 years of commercial construction scheduling experience Proficiency in Primavera scheduling software (P6) is required Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering, along with demonstrated experience in creating and managing schedules with 2,500 activities or more is required Ability to work in a large collaborative environment Could this be your next great career move?

The Construction Manager works closely with the Project Managers to manage all on-site construction activities including pre-construction, execution, and project closeout. Travels throughout the US and Canada, approximately 90% of time, to conduct field engineering and to provide Construction Services installation projects site management and support services. Responsibilities: You will work closely with the customers and subcontractors to ensure a completed scope of work that meets contract requirements. You will be responsible for budgeting, organizing, and scheduling of one or more projects at any given point in time. Own all field-related project components including: scope implementation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control following all applicable state/federal laws, NFPA, NEC and customer requirements * Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate cost * Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and change order forms Oversee and direct subcontractors on construction projects from implementation to completion * Overall all on-site construction to ensure compliance with electrical and safety regulations * Manage material and track inventory Communicate regularly with leadership to provide required status updates * Utilize Construction Services core procedures for daily and weekly reporting while maintaining project as-builts * Prepare internal and external reports for each project Anticipate potential problems by analyzing and mitigating risks * Ensure quality construction standard and the use of proper construction techniques Qualifications: * Associates' degree in Construction Management or related majors * One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in construction, electrical, planning, design, relationship management * Advanced knowledge of Construction Management processes, means and methods * Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules/regulations, and quality standards * Familiarity with construction management software packages * Ability to plan and see the "big picture" * Competent in conflict and crisis management * Leadership and human resources management skills * Excellent time and project management skills * Experience with Microsoft programs including Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word * PMP, OSHA 30, EM-385 1-1, QCM and First Aid CPR Certifications are a plus * Will need passport Orion Lighting Atlanta GA
