Job Description Job Description Who We Are Looking For: At L3 Construction, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our rapidly growing remodeling company as a vital link between our clients and our remodeling services.

As a key player in our team, you will evaluate project requirements, prepare precise cost estimates, and provide essential sales support, while helping us achieve our revenue and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate is a construction expert, highly knowledgeable in areas such as structural additions, wall removal, LVL beam installation, auxiliary building construction, siding, roofing, windows, doors, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling and basement finishing. We’re looking for someone who is self-sufficient, a problem-solver, detail-oriented, and has an eye for precision, ensuring every project meets our high standards.

Your Roll: Lead Management: Receive and follow up on leads with homeowners.

Home visits for consultations, communicate regularly with homeowners regarding the progress of their proposals or questions they may have. Utilizing CRM software, Hubspot Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, comments, and complaints while maintaining a record of all communications through JobTread.

Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding the progress of their projects. Respond to emergency service requests by homeowners or subcontractors, assess damages, and coordinate with the project manager. Cost Estimation:

Calculate material costs, labor requirements, equipment needs, and other expenses to prepare competitive cost estimates. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project manager and subcontractors to ensure estimates align with project execution.

Address and resolve discrepancies between estimates and actual project requirements. Miscellaneous Duties: Attend training and seminars to maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.

Perform other tasks as assigned to support the company’s goals. Your Qualifications: Experience in construction estimating is preferred at minimum for 4 years.

Knowledge of the remodeling industry is a significant advantage. A college degree is preferred, but not required. This role is perfect for those who combine strong technical expertise in construction with a talent for sales, excelling in dynamic, customer-oriented settings.
