Construction Sales Specialist

Ocean Tower Construction t/a Ocean Tower Restoration provides a wide array of interior and exterior/ residential and commercial services on Eastern Shore: framing, decking, additions, roofing, windows and doors, siding, concrete, painting, stucco, deck coating, interior remodeling, water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation. We currently have a Construction Sales Specialist position available. The Construction Sales Specialist develops practical and new ways of targeting new market segments and manages new and existing customer relationships to meet the goals and objectives of the business.

Job description:

Develop strong relationships with residential and commercial owners, property managers, insurance companies, realtors, engineers and architects, general contractors and builders, and suppliers. Focus on growing sales by maintaining strong relationships with customers Support estimators in budgeting, negotiate and secure construction bids Analyze construction data and lead generation websites Monitor customer satisfaction data and propose corrective actions where necessary Provide management with current competitive information on a continuing basis including competitive pricing, policy changes, product development and marketing strategies Meet with customers and determine their construction needs Introduce new services/products to existing customers and identify target customers Enter daily updates in CRM system

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Minimum 5 years experience in construction sales Knowledge of construction industry REQUIRED - minimum 10 years in construction industry Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug test Computer savvy - ability to work with CRM systems, Office, Internet etc Proven success in sales construction markets Excellent (oral and written) communication skills In-depth knowledge of the commercial contractor segment Time management skills Project management skills Must be people oriented, aggressive sales driven and a team player We can train the right candidate in aspects where not knowledgeable.
