Construction Sales Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a Construction Sales PM to join our client's growing team in Chestertown, MD. The Sales Engineer reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for developing and maintaining favorable relationships with current and potential customers. We are seeking a candidate that is an energetic, career driven individual who is willing to learn the industry and products offered. This position requires managing projects throughout all phases from quoting to production and delivery. Training will be provided, including the products offered, the standard quoting process, how to create submittals packages, best practices to work with contractors (customers) and engineers to gain approvals, scheduling products into production at our multiple precasting facilities and coordinating deliveries. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage project activities from quoting to product delivery

• Price products and quote jobs to contractors

• Work with engineers and specifiers on product design

• Manage shop and submittal drawings of products for contractors and engineers

• Manage and/or create production drawings

• Work with scheduling, production, and quality control personnel to ensure products are scheduled timely and manufactured correctly

• Create and maintain bid list. Transfer bid list to a job file and track the status of all open jobs

• Analyze and communicate project statuses and forecasting

• Willingness to be cross-trained to fill in for other office positions as needed

• Promote through attending trade shows, association events and customer outings Job Requirements Job Requirements:
