We are looking for talented and competitive Sales Representatives that excel in qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Individuals will be expected to call on existing and potential customers in the property management industry for Apartments, Townhomes, Condominiums, and Commercial Real Estate Markets. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Responsibilities : Keep Management informed by submitting activities, results, and paperwork via weekly reports Network with existing and new clients at company events and shows Provide sales presentations.

Create, provide, and construction estimates Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Manage their own time effectively to ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
