At CMI, we're known for our inclusive culture and unwavering commitment to safety. Join us and be part of a team that values its people Responsibilities: Be on-site during all work activities, monitor daily weather, maintain safety materials, conduct site walks, and implement corrective actions.

Track deficiencies, provide safety logs, and attend pre-construction and safety meetings. Deliver weekly safety toolbox meetings, update site-specific safety plans, and ensure compliance with safety and health requirements. Conduct safety inspections, maintain records, provide safety orientation and training, manage PPE inventory, and ensure effective dust suppression.

Investigate mishaps, recommend actions, approve decontamination of equipment, and optimize care for injured employees. Required Qualifications: 5 years of safety experience in construction OSHA 30-Hour Construction Card (valid within past 5 years). Degree in a safety related field preferred BCSP credentials preferred Current First Aid/CPR certification. Ground up construction safety experience overseeing all trades and all phases of construction build.

Skills: Strong teamwork, communication, and people skills. Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.

Professional demeanor and ethical behavior. Knowledge of Federal and State safety regulations. Experience in construction safety procedures.

Physical Requirements: Ability to traverse, climb, and inspect all jobsite areas in various weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
