Compliance Management International (CMI) is a leading, global provider of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) services with over 20 years of experience. We have partnered with thousands of domestic and international organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, to develop, implement, and manage EHS programs that reduce insurance costs, legal liabilities, and improve EHS culture.

We are looking for Contract Construction Safety Professional to join our team of experienced Professionals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and coordinate compliance programs at various clients

• Conduct assessments and audits to improve compliance and EHS culture

• Provide employee and supervisory training and coaching

• Build relationships through effective communication and responsiveness

• Work independently to support company and client initiatives

Skills and Experience:

• 5-10 years years of direct construction safety experience

• Degree in a safety related field helpful

• OSHA 30 construction within the last 5 years

• BCSP credentials highly preferred

• Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to organize, facilitate, and manage meetings and tasks

• Experience with writing clear and concise reports

• Ability to work independently

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point.

• Ability to travel for up to 4 weeks at a time

• Physical requirements: stoop, kneel ,stand, lift up to 30Lbs, climb ladders and walk on rough terrain 8+ hours per day.

• Position requires passing a criminal background check and drug screen
