Working at an enterprise level with a MEP Construction Quality & Commissioning program team, the "QCx Asset Manager" is a member of this QCx team that manages tools, information, program documents, and oversees all "team tools, methods, information, and intellectual assets".
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Easiest way to describe this position is a "keeper" or "librarian" of all Cx program assets and information for this large global enterprise that builds and operates data centers around the world. The ideal candidate would also develop new program tools for measuring, tracking, and monitoring all Cx activities relating to construction of MEP infrastructure globally.
This person must of have some prior Cx-related experience, especially relating to large MEP infrastructure construction projects that are being built and duplicated at a global scale.
Possesses experience in the development of Electrical/Mechanical/Control checklists and authoring of commissioning scripts.
Typical Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage development of Electrical/Mechanical/Control checklists and scripts.
Review and analyze Post-mortem incident, root cause analysis, and develop plan to improve.
Manage development of and/or develop QA/QC requirements, Testing requirements & Program Standards, and ensure project execution.
Able to adopt to changes, program improvements and team player.
Good knowledge of Google Products (Doc, Sheet, etc).
Managing 3rd party Commissioning Agent (CxA), developing on-boarding package, managing RFP and SOW for CxA,
Standardize QA/QC and Cx issue tracking tool across program.
Managing multi QA/QC & Cx projects, retro projects, & NPI across acount.
Managing QA/QC and Cx for multi Server Cooling System projects.
Collaborate with SMEs to assist authoring and updating Cx standard docs.
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure Cx standards are in sync w/ G master specs.
Collect/analyze Cx data, provide metrics/reporting updates.
Provide project/site teams with most current standards, templates.
Collaborate with site Cx teams to track Cx vendor deliverables program wide.
Coordinate resource requirements across active projects (manpower, load banks, etc).
Organize & consolidate Cx lessons learned for incorporation into program.
Collaborate with Project Controls to tracker Cx costs.
Analyze Cx testing results & issues, reliability data to fine tune testing scope & durations.
Establish metrics to quantitatively characterize quality status for the full life cycle of the construction project.
Collaborate with cross function team/group to improve Quality,
Collaborate Client for program improvement and execution of program.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.
Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
