Responsibilities: Working with Job Superintendent and Design team Getting Bids for Estimator Working with Subcontractors and Vendors for Pricing Writing Purchase Orders and Subcontracts Utilize E-commerce platforms for purchasing needs Oversee materials management to maintain adequate inventory levels Draft and review contracts with vendors Coordinate deliveries Submitting for Residential/Commercial Permits Qualifications: Building construction background Knowledge of the process of building ultra high end homes Perks: Employer pays 100% of the employees medical insurance and you are able to purchase for your family Small company- 25 people total so we're able to offer flexibility Family operated so most of the team has been with the company for 10 years.
