If you are a seasoned Project Manager with strong leadership qualities, extensive ground-up construction knowledge, estimating experience, and a proven track record of client growth, you may be the next addition to our stellar team. This role will have an emphasis on building new relationships client and subcontractor for the ground-up market.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the coordination of projects from contract negotiation to completion, overseeing all aspects of projects. This includes managing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of the project. The primary focuses of the PM is to oversee the Quality Control aspects of the job and managing Superintendent and their duties. The PM will manage and coordinate the work on-going in the field by periodic reviews with the Superintendent. The Superintendent directly reports to the PM and therefore, management skills are necessary to coach and mentor subordinates. The PM will also be responsible for proactively communicating project progress as well as deficiencies, changes and challenges with the Project Administrator and Office Manager to allow to necessary actions. The PM should also focus on building relationships with Clients, being aggressive with sales and marketing tactics while nurturing client relations, always upholding company values and standards.
