Construction Project Manager/Estimator (Commercial)

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our team You will be responsible for the management and Estimate mid size construction projects. Responsibilities: Manage project buyout, subcontractor and scope evaluations Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to create a timely and accurate schedule Responsible for overseeing project construction for start to completion Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met Maintain required project documentation Work with architects, engineers and owners on overall project Promote and monitor job site safety Work with other office managers in team building, new policies and procedures and company structure Create detailed estimates for projects ​ Qualifications:

Previous experience in project management practices and tools to create, manage project performance, schedules, cost and cope of scope of work verification. Ability to manage and work with people Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, Scheduling Programs) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other related fields
