Title: Construction Project Manager - Luxury Residential (West Palm Beach)

DO YOU WANT

• To live and work in Palm Beach County to Martin County, FL
• To have a steady pipeline of custom home projects
• To manage on both ground-up and renovation projects

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience as a Project Manager with at least two (2) completed Luxury Residential projects starting at $10M+.
• Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction managing multiple projects at a time a plus
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture a preferred

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Managing multiple projects at a time depending on the size and scope of the projects
• Management and Communications between all stakeholders for your projects
• Successfully delivering your assigned projects within the contractual agreement with owner

COMPENSATION

• Salary range: $120,000-150,000
