Construction Project Manager

We have a proven track record in the construction industry for our quality of work and finishing projects on time within budget. · Oversee the day-to-day execution and management of Commercial Construction projects. · Overseeing and directing personnel on site and maintaining communication with the executive management team throughout the entire process. · Managing the financial budget and trajectory of the project from start to finish. · Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as contract plans and specifications. · Process change request specifications, pricing review and documentation. · Responsible for managing all labor disputes, day to day staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration. · Develop strong relationships with executive members, Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Site Leads. · Enforce OSHA safety protocol. · Maintain appropriate documentation through all project phases. · Experience with reading and interpretating blueprints, along with using various software such as Take Off and Raken. · Provide performance reviews to recommend advancement and pay raises.
