The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring for a Project Manager to join our team at Kennedy Space Center in Kennedy Space Center, Florida. The Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple maintenances, renovation, and new construction projects. You will direct project delivery through contractual relationships with consultants, contractors, and other professionals required to fulfill project objectives, including timeliness of delivery and budget parameters.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and coordinate with various in-house operational groups as necessary, including using in-house labor for construction projects.

  • Develop and maintain various project control documentation, including financial forms, proposal requests, liability reports, and change orders.

  • Regularly visit field construction sites to review project status, with contractors, assure quality construction, and review safety practices.

  • Manage all project phases from planning to closing including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost, budget, cash flow, work plan schedule, and milestones.

  • Creates action plans to meet project objectives, budget, and schedule.

  • Track progress of each project against goals, approved budgets, approved timelines, and report any variances.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, contracting, or construction industry.

  • Ability to be self direct and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Understanding of project management principles.

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Occasional business travel required, approximately up to 15% based on project demands.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our overall digital marketing efforts including, email marketing search engine optimization (SEO), ecommerce, and website and app maintenance, and reporting. The Designer/Developer will execute and maintain company brand standards online and mane the Content Management Systems (CMS) for the website and the App. Responsibilities * Ownership and maintenance of the website content and accuracy * Implement and review digital marketing efforts including SEO, ecommerce, and email marketing * Develop and design landing pages and templated content within the CMS for campaigns, events, launches, programs, and visitor information * Assist in ensuring our website is a customer engagement engine resulting in ticket conversions * Serve as the primary point of contact with third-party vendors to manage workflow and coordinate production, and timely delivery of ecommerce initiatives * Develop and maintain relationships with onsite IT, Sales, Marketing, Education, and Operations teams, corporate IT and Digital Marketing teams * Coordinate, monitor, and optimize online analytics and reporting * Understand the goals and visions of the property and Delaware North; demonstrate commitment to those goals in terms of performance * All other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in website design and development, ecommerce, or digital marketing strongly preferred; equivelant job experience may be considered in leiu of a degree. * Minimum of 2 years marketing related experience required. * Knowledge of CMS and ticketing system platforms; experience with Sitecore and Galaxy Gateway a plus. * SEO, digital marketing, and Google analytics required * HTML, Javascript, and CSS skills required * Ability to prioritize, organize and project manage multiple tasks simultaneously Who We Are At Delaware North, you'll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
