Construction Project Manager - K-12/Higher Education Construction Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee K-12 and Higher Education construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing construction projects in educational facilities and have strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Provide project management oversight for educational facility construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and change orders. Manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success. Communicate project updates to key stakeholders, including school administrators, school boards, and other project stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects in K-12 and Higher Education facilities. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
