Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of hotel construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, coordination, budgeting, and supervising construction activities to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel construction and a proven track record of successful project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of hotel construction projects from pre-construction to completion.

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews.

• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on hotel construction.

• Proven experience managing large-scale hotel construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
