We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client in their Nashville Healthcare Construction division. In this role you will be responsible for the management of all aspects of Commercial projects valued from $500K to $30 Million.

Company Overview.

Our client is a General Contractor who focus on projects for a large variety of commercial clients. The focus of the Nashville business is Healthcare, Hospitals, Hospitality, Religious, Education and Sports facilities. They offer full service construction solutions to their clients.

Your Job Responsibilities

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating 1 to 5 projects at any one time. You will oversee both direct employees, contractors, suppliers to ensure all projects are completed to plan. Further duties include.

Maintaining good relationships with all sub-contractors, staff, community and owners representatives.

Adhering to company safety programs and standards.

Create and oversee a project budget and schedule to ensure milestones are met until project completion date.

Ensuring Quality control is adhered to.

Oversee RFIs, change submittals and negotiate sub-contractor change orders.

Manage the head contract and oversee Site Superintendents.

Maintain open communication lines with all parties.

Manage handover and close out of projects.


To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong history of managing commercial projects within the United States. Further requirements are

A Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of five years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.


Demonstrated experience in managing multiple commercial projects at one time.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Project as well as estimating software.

Ability to manage both direct and indirect staff

Exceptional communication skills.

Expert knowledge of all construction market conditions and legalities.

Flexibility to travel to site as required.

This person will be integrally involved in transit, rail, and facility projects from conception through completion and will work with all departments within WeGo Public Transit / RTA.
