Construction Project Manager - Healthcare

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience with leading teams to join our team on a VA Central California Construction Program in Fresno, CA. Candidates will report to a Program Manager as well as collaborate and assist VA to provide data, and generate reports, as a representative for the client on major healthcare construction projects.

Responsibilities: Lead a team of professionals and act as the Owner's representative on these programs from design through construction and closeout. Candidates will oversee project delivery, budget, schedule, quality, and operations in the healthcare environment. Candidates will require experience as an advisor/liaison with the client (user groups, design team, contractors, and facility engineering representatives). The CM services will be used to support traditional Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build contracts.

Claims Analysis and Resolution Services Qualifications: • Licensing: none required • Education: Bachelor of Architecture/Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited school of higher education. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in both design and construction • Knowledge:

Able to quickly understand and master: o Requirements of local state and federal jurisdictions in relation to the Project. o Construction Contract Documents including Front End and Technical Specifications and Drawings to readily understand and assess the requirements. o Working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling to lead to the project’s success. o Working knowledge in the use of AutoCAD. Preferred Qualifications • AIA, RA, PE registration • Healthcare construction experience • CCM, PMP certifications
