Job Description Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets, specifically for hospital and medical construction projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions are in place. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and payment requests.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare industry standards. Conduct quality inspections to uphold high construction standards.

Address any deviations from project specifications promptly to maintain project integrity. Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members, hospital staff, and external partners. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.

Identify potential risks related to construction delays, budget overruns, or design changes. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Understand the unique requirements of hospital and medical facilities, including infection control, patient safety, and specialized equipment needs.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address specific needs during the construction process. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience managing construction projects within healthcare settings. Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices. Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
