Construction Project Manager

This is an amazing opportunity to join a team that specializes in mechanical contracting. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing construction management, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and or Piping Systems, and ensuring projects meet quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Proven working experience in Construction Management

• Knowledge of construction details/design and relevant rules and regulations

• Proficiency in construction management software packages

• Ability to build and manage project schedules

• Strong time and project management skills Essential job functions:

• Self-motivated and able to work under deadlines

• Able to multi-task and prioritize changing priorities

• Experience with estimating and change orders is a plus

• Strong commitment to long-term goals

• Excellent research skills and problem-solving abilities Skills: - Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field

• Knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems

• Proficient in P6 or Microsoft Project

• Strong computer skills
