Your Role Step into a leadership role as the Construction Administration Group Leader in the vibrant Kansas City metro area Lead and manage a dynamic team of construction managers across Kansas and Missouri, overseeing crucial projects and driving team success. What You'll Do:

Lead & Inspire: Drive growth and development of your team, setting performance expectations and fostering a collaborative environment. Oversee Projects:

Ensure seamless project execution, meeting quality standards, and client requirements for top clients like KDOT, MoDOT, and local municipalities. Client Engagement: Secure repeat business and new opportunities through exceptional client service and business development skills.

Operational Excellence: Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project management and execution. Key Responsibilities Performance Management:

Monitor and optimize project performance and employee utilization. Professional Development: Support and develop employees, setting goals, and providing consistent feedback.

Effective Communication: Keep the team informed and aligned with group initiatives and objectives. Client Service:

Maintain high standards of client communication and service. Business Development: Lead marketing efforts for repeat clients and new client pursuits.
