• Experience as a superintendent on the residential side is a must, high-end is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of project financials and the fiduciary responsibility in the process
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

• A construction management firm specializing in new luxury residential and luxury commercial construction, as well as renovation and additions work on the residential side.
• Occasional historical renovation projects

COMPENSATION

• Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000
