The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading the Planning, Design and Management of all assigned Construction Projects. Works independently throughout all phases of a project.

Responsible for monitoring the schedule and budget requirements of each project. Oversees architectural and engineering design. Works with hospital department users to facilitate all aspects of design and equipment specification.

Coordinates design schedules, develops bid packages and secures bids from General contractors. Working with the Manager develops bid tabulations by scoping and qualifying bids. Works closely with Hospital's Facilities to secure facility related shutdowns, sometimes working off hours.

Reviews and acts on project correspondence, provides recommendations on project matters to manager and Senior Management. Procures bids and manages the installation of furniture and other equipment related to construction projects and other duties as assigned. Must be able to manage project budgets in excess of $ 5 million.Certifications and LicensuresNone Required

VIEW JOBS 1/15/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-14T00:00 What you'll be doing... * Providing project management and supervision of construction activities for multiple network site additions and upgrade projects including: New Build sites; Relocation sites; AWS adds; LTE over PCS; LTE over 850 MHZ; RRH installs; RET installs; hybrid cable installs; antenna modifications; LAA/CBRS adds; 5G adds; CDMA adds; sectorization; generator upgrades; generator adds; power upgrades; various equipment swaps at cell sites; and other projects. * Providing complete ownership of project financials, from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service including project budget funding, adherence to budget spending, creation & tracking of purchase orders, and inspecting work performed by contractors. * Providing clear direction and supervision to contractors, vendors, and/or other teams supporting upgrade projects. * Managing RFQ/RFP and contract processes via bid tools, awarding project, monitoring progress, providing regular status updates, and resolving issues. * Answering phone calls when crews are on site supporting your projects; responding to e-mails promptly; and actively leading and participatingin project/team meetings. * Providing guidance for site surveys to ensure cell site upgrade projects account for civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical feasibility. * Reviewing site survey reports with a focus on measurements, power readings, HVAC assessments, photos, drawings, issues, and recommendations for upgrade projects. * Reviewing punch walk/acceptance check lists to ensure construction issues are identified and corrected. * Verifying testing parameters to include voltage, sweeps, PIM, and other tests supporting cell upgrade projects. * Evaluating new products, services, and vendors. Weigh the pros and cons, including impact to the system, costs, compatibility, and ease of use, and reliability. * Interfacing with internal and external departments to include Real Estate, Regulatory, and municipal agencies in the pursuit of construction and in-service approvals, building permits, and construction inspections. What we're looking for... You'll need to have: * Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. * Three or more years of relevant work experience. * Experience in wireless telecom industry. * Willingness to travel. * Knowledge of Ericsson LTE/AWS base stations; Ericsson Remote Radio Units; JMA and Commscope Remote Electrical Tilt Antennas, hybrid cables, and CPRI mux/patch panels. * Knowledge of cell site design/engineering, construction, real estate, regulatory, and operations. * Experience with Google Gmail, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
