Armand Corporation, an M/WBE Construction Management and Program Management firm celebrating over 28 years of industry success, is seeking qualified a Construction Project Manager to join its team for multi-family residential projects throughout Philadelphia, PA.

Our Construction Project Managers will guide projects from pre-construction phase through closeout while maintaining strict adherence to schedules and budgets, and will be responsible for close coordination between project stakeholders, design teams, and subcontractors.

General duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Direct oversight and management of field personnel and Project Engineers
  • Constructability Reviews and direct coordination with design teams to recommend constructability of alternate operation approaches to the schematic design
  • Cost Control including cost estimates, budget development, value engineering, cost reconciliation, and payment / invoice review
  • Schedule Control including schedule development, review and monitoring
  • Quality Control
  • Bid Package Management


Armand is seeking a variety of candidates ranging from mid-level to senior-level. At a minimum, the following are required:

  • 7+ years of Construction Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project software

The following are not required but are highly preferred

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Professional licenses
