Construction Project Manager

Seeking a Construction Project Manager with at least 10+ years of experience in construction overall and experience managing projects. This job will be 75% in office at 25% in the field. Will be leading 1-2 teams for two different projects, work with the Superintendent on the schedule, estimating own jobs, attending OAC meetings, completing site walks, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience working as an PM, Assistant PM or Senior PE. Need to have 3 multifamily projects from beginning to end as a Project manager

• Experience working as a Superintendent and doing their own estimating

• Experience working on multifamily projects

• Experience at a home builder in the career is a plus

• Experience being a PM at a general contractor

• Must have experience managing at least one $10M+ ground up multifamily or office building project

• Expertise in managing project buy-out including subcontractor qualification, contract

negotiation, scope validation, risk evaluation and subcontractor relationships

• Experience working on buildings 5 stories or higher or would also look at someone who has experience with 3 story/350 unit project or similar

• Must have local experience in Colorado
