What is the work?Project Management:-Manages multiple, concurrent projects of lesser complexity with small to medium budgets-Manages all aspects of project development / closeout with all Facility Alliance departments, H-E-B business units, governing agencies, and vendors-Coordinates / conducts project inspections during construction; reports on project status-Ensures project cost control with a focus on cost reduction; assists in producing cost estimates and preliminary budgets-Manages bid process for all projects-Manages project scheduling, permitting, and compliance-Facilitates change management process

What is your background?-A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience-6+ years of construction management, or related experience-PMP certification
