Marlborough, MA, 01752 (Hybrid) Duration: 9 months contract Job Description: In office Tuesdays and Wednesdays Early in career type of role 36.25 hour work week Looking for someone who potentially has previous coordinator type of work and project specialist work. Not looking for a project manager.

Summer Fridays - this contractor can participate Contractor will be working within the Lucernex tool, reviewing exterior sign drawing and PDFs. Intermediate level of excel experience. Responsibilities: Construction Project Lead directly oversees miscellaneous construction and signage projects within the different chains.

Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors. Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts. Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned.

Supplies Field Organization and Management updates detailing the status of all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives on a regular basis. Experience: 0-3 years in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades is preferred. • Understanding and ability to read blueprints, specifically Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans. • Strong knowledge of store layouts, HVAC, electrical and plumbing criteria would be desired. • Experience working on complex projects is good to have. • Retail experience is preferred. • General fixturing, and retail store planning knowledge is a plus. • Ability to decipher landlord and city codes as it relates to exterior signs. Skills: Strong organization and project planning skills are necessary. • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) are a must. • Adept in Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word.

Lucernex and Service Channel experience a plus. • Must be able to manage multiple projects at any one time. • Highly self-motivated, works well in a team environment.
