Construction Project Executive - Multifamily

West Palm Beach, Florida Base Salary Range: $170,000 to $210,000/year We are seeking a Construction Project Executive to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects. The Construction Project Executive will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers as well as providing financial and technical oversight of projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, financial administration, and project management.

Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership by setting objectives and working with team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Oversee daily operations of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and change order management Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Lead regular project status meetings and ensure that team members are up to date on project progress Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws Develop strategies to improve efficiency and manage risks Mentor and develop project managers and other team members Monitor and track project progress and financial performance Conduct regular reviews of project performance and take corrective action as necessary Qualifications: MULTIFAMILY project experience.

Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent leadership, team building, and professional development skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software. Familiarity with financial forecasting, cash flow management, and human resources policies.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
