Title: Construction Project Executive – Luxury Residential (West Palm Beach, FL)

DO YOU WANT

• To leverage your expertise in ultra-luxury residential and oversee estate home projects on Palm Beach Island?
• To manage both ground-up and estate renovation projects from concept to completion?

YOU MUST HAVE

• Extensive experience managing Luxury Residential projects starting at $5M+ in the United States, preferably within SE Florida
• Managed several luxury projects from the ground-up to close-out
• A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
• Proven track record of successful projects and accountability

ABOUT THE COMPANY

• A luxury commercial and residential General Contractor specializing in complex estate homes, new and renovation/additions

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000
• Health, Life, Vision and Dental Insurance, PTO
