• Lead Project Teams and budgets on projects from 5-100 million in contract value.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• You are a results-driven Project Executive with excellent communication and project team leadership that thrives on the challenge of managing complex, multiple and large-scale construction projects.
• Experience as a Project Executive or as a Senior Project Manager managing multiple projects simultaneously at a Construction Management firm.
• A project list accompanied by references from direct managers that confirm you own your responsibilities and deliverables.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams of construction professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus).
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, anticipating potential roadblocks and developing effective solutions.
• Proficiency in construction management software like Procore, Primavera, or Oracle Aconex.
