• Great company culture What You Need for this Position More than 10 years of experience and knowledge of all phases of construction management including: - History of managing K-12 and higher education projects in the New England market preferred

• Responsible for the financial and general project performance of all projects within their respective portfolio of projects.

• Responsible for acquiring new work and maintaining relations with existing and prospective clients.

• Lead pre-construction efforts for potential and secured work.

• Experience with pre-construction, estimating RFIs, change orders, and submittals

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Provide senior overview and input for project schedules during project acquisition efforts and execution of work.

• Strong administrative skillsability to maintain clear notes, keep organized records and time-management

• Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, P6, and other construction-related software preferred What's In It for You Compensation of 165-210K based on experience
