DC & Baltimore Overview: Civil/Underground Construction We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the construction team in the development of innovative projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for building things.

What You Will Be Doing As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of complex projects. You will be in charge of managing teams, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

You will be the go-to person for all project-related matters and will be expected to liaise with clients and external stakeholders. The (Project Executive) will provide overall direction and leadership for the assigned work program across all phases of the project lifecycle. This position is responsible for providing strategic direction, operational excellence, financial management, team leadership and relationship management with all stakeholders, driving the contracting and business development and comprehensive risk management in order to meet or exceed all contractual and financial targets.

What You Need for this Position Demonstrated track record of successful completion of projects from start to finish (Advanced) Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally Bachelor s degree in construction management, engineering or a related field In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered 10 years of construction management experience 5 years of management experience Electrical Infrastructure Telecommunication Infrastructure Water, Sewer, and Storm Natural Gas What's In It for You This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $165,000 - $210,000.
