Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects Collaborative team environment that values your input Career advancement opportunities and ongoing training Work-life balance with flexible scheduling options State-of-the-art technology and tools to support your work Job Details Job Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement Generate and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications Assist in bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing Support project closeout activities and documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Experience in commercial projects (e.g., tenant improvements, multi-family, mixed-use) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Qualified candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter for consideration.
