We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, blueprint reading, and project scheduling.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Review project plans, specifications, and schematics.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct site visits to inspect construction work and address any issues or concerns.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Assist in the development of project budgets and cost estimates.
Utilize project management software such as ProCore and Primavera for efficient project tracking.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for each project.
.Job Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling software such as Primavera.
Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and contractors.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year DOE
