We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Project Director to join our team You will be responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities, working closely with property owners, and developing cost estimates for restoration and renovation projects. Compelling Compensation:

Base salary: $70,000 - $110,000 Uncapped commission potential: $70,000 - $200,000 Vehicle allowance Benefits package (401(k), health insurance, paid time off, etc.) Key Responsibilities: Secure new business through lead generation and relationship building Develop accurate cost estimates for restoration projects Manage projects to ensure profitability Oversee collections and maintain strong customer relationships Qualifications: 5 years of experience in restoration or construction sales Proven track record of exceeding sales goals Strong construction estimating skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills TRAVEL: Minimal out of state travel is required.
