Job Position - Project Coordinator: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects and maintain ongoing projects. Their main duties include maintaining budgets, prioritizing work schedules, document management, participating in project meetings and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met.

They operate and oversee various tasks involved in the implementation of a project, like cost effective analysis, scheduling and organizing material tracking, document management, effective communication from Project Manager to employees. Project Coordinators monitor the overall progression of fabrication, as well as manage the flow of materials throughout the lifecycle of a project. They are also responsible for updating the Project Manager regularly from each stage of fabrication.

Project Coordinator: · Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, documented, and stored. · Delegate project correspondences by procuring and reviewing project proposals, memos, and meetings. · Adhere to budget by overseeing expenses and implement cost-effective measures. Manage procurement, material tracking, and budgetary tracking of all construction materials. · Effective communication and coordination with vendors, field personnel, and general contractors. · Maintain team and project documentation (project statuses, administrative maintenance of spreadsheets) · Collect and gather project documents and effectively enter analysis in spreadsheets. · Helping other employees with administrative tasks o Example: Submitting welding certifications, Material Certificate of Conformity’s (CoC’s), drafting change orders, Detailer related verifications, Request for Information (RFI’s), etc. · Coordinate Meetings and attend meetings as necessary, documenting meeting minutes and information. · Special Related Duties o Administrator to All Material Spreadsheets Information o Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships o Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities o Team-management and leadership skills o Manage documentation effectively and is computer literate o Attention to fine details, especially under pressure o Time management skills to effectively meet deadlines o Willingness to learn and provide input o Must be Adept in Microsoft Excel o Must be able to understand Technical Drawings Other Administrative duties as necessary
