Responsibilities Will Include Work on multiple construction projects Support Project Managers with document control.
Support Project Superintendents with document control. Prepare Subcontracts and Purchase Orders Process Subcontracts and Purchase Orders Manage Subcontractor & Vendor Insurance Compliance Process Subcontractor & Vendor Change Orders Manage Subcontractor & Vendor pay applications Manage Subcontractor & Vendor lien releases Prepare & Manage Project Costs Reports Support Company Controller & Accountant Manage Project Preliminary Notice Filings Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications 2-4 Years’ Experience in Commercial Construction Administration and Construction Finance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Follow Up Skills Strong Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines Able to work independently with minimal oversight as well as collaborate well within a project team Forward thinking to ensure results of delays or emergencies at construction site are avoided at all costs DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
