Seeking an Operations Manager to join the team. The Operations Manager works closely with multiple project teams and provides operational support to ensure a positive outcome for the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project team.
  • Engages the developing of an overall project plan and sets expectations for the project team.
  • Takes ownership of the project information and is able to deliver project status to appropriate parties.
  • Validates project status and makes recommendations to ensure that execution goals are met.
  • Directs and aligns manpower resources to meet execution goals.
  • Makes sure that the project team is following the defined processes and that individuals are acting per their role and responsibility.
  • Maintains customer relationship by staying engaged with the customer throughout the project.
  • Communicates with customer management to resolve any conflicts or issues that arise throughout the phases of the project.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
  • Seeking someone with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
  • General knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (will look at someone without this)

Responsibilities: * Reviews the feasibility and manages the evaluation of small business commercial real estate construction loans offered by Wells Fargo SBA Lending * Analyzes construction project budgets, collateral valuation and contractor information * Timely identification and documentation of adverse & key construction risk * Manages ongoing portfolio of projects during disbursement period, including periodic review of borrower's financial statements * Reviews and coordinates documentation between borrower, contractor, certified development companies, construction consultants, mezzanine financing agents and bank loan closing officers * Manages the customer experience from the time of credit application until project completion has occurred and permanent financing is put in place * Maintenance of division's credit policies and compliance requirements * Makes sound/correct construction underwriting recommendations * Customer-facing contact * Being the subject matter expert in the industry Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
