Team members are valued beyond the projects, which contributes to the strong company culture. Our client is currently seeking a motivated Office Manager to join the team who is looking to grow with the business. Job Description The Construction Office Manager will:

Office Administration: Oversee all office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensuring the office is well-organized and functioning efficiently. Support to Management:

Provide administrative support to the executive and project management teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications. Human Resources Support: Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and managing timesheets and payroll coordination.

Financial Administration: Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, managing budgets, and reconciling accounts. Project Coordination:

Support project management by coordinating documentation, tracking project timelines, and maintaining records for ongoing projects. Vendor and Client Relations: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring that all administrative aspects of contracts and agreements are handled efficiently.

Health and Safety Compliance: Assist in maintaining workplace safety standards by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Technology Management:

Coordinate with IT support to ensure all office equipment and systems are functioning properly and address any technical issues that arise. Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics, catering, and material preparation.
